Irene Kafeza, Assistant Professor, NALSAR
Irene is an Assistant Professor at National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law at Hyderabad. She has obtained a Bachelor of Laws from National and Capodistrian University of Athens, Greece, a Master of Laws in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Hong Kong, China, a Master of Laws in Chinese and Comparative Law from City University of Hong Kong,China, and a PhD in Electronic Contracts in India from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law, India. She is the author of several book chapters and articles published in international conferences. She has been member of the PC committee of technology related conferences and workshops as well as external reviewer for several journals.Irene is also a member of Athens Bar Association (Advocate).She has been a consultant to Hellenic Open University regarding Intellectual Property issues. Recently she has been a consultant to Centerof Innovation and Entrepreneurship, International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad and is offering consultant services toHyderabadstartup companies.She has also participated in European Union projects. Her research interests focus on electronic contracts and digital signatures, intelligent agents contracting , privacy and data protection laws, internet of things, legal issues on cloud computing and law of robots.Her practice focuses on information technology law.
