Donghoon Chang, Assistant Professor of Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-Delhi)
Since June 2012, Prof. Chang has been working as an Assistant Professor of Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-Delhi). His main areas are (1) Computer Security architectures, algorithms and protocols, (2) Biometric-based security systems such as iris, fingerprint, face-recognition based access control, payment, ATM, etc, (3) Secure hardware chip and devices such as USB, OTP, etc. Before joining IIIT-Delhi, he was a researcher of Computer Security Division of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), USA (2009-2012), a post doctor of Computer Science department of Columbia University, USA (2008-2009), research staff of University of Waterloo, Canada (May-Dec, 2006), research staff of Columbia University, USA (Dec.2005-May.2006), visiting scholar of ISI-Kolkata, India (Aug, 2003). He got a Bachelor degree of mathematics from Korea University, a Master degree of Information Security and Management, Korea University, a PhD of Information Security and Management, Korea University.
