The Round Table on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity aims to sensitize the attendees on the outcome of International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity 2019, which took place from 20th to 22nd November, 2019 at New Delhi and the preparations being done for, draft agenda and the potential outcomes that are targeted to be achieved at International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity 2020, scheduled to take place from 25th to 27th November, 2020.

The Round Table on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity will further aim to collate perspectives, from all international stakeholders, on identifying the specific thrust areas, issues, aspects and trends that need to be featuring as an integral part of the forthcoming International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity 2020.

International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity has emerged as one of the foremost unique kind of events across the world, which is looking at the intersection of Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity.

The International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity 2020 will aim to analyze and examine the emerging Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity trends of today’s Covid-19 times.

This Round Table on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity will request all stakeholders to provide their guidance, inputs and suggestions on the way forward that needs to be traversed not just for preparing for the thrust areas for deliberations of the International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity, 2020, but also for the purposes of identifying the newly emerging areas which need to be focused, given the significant advancements made in digital and mobile ecosystem and the learnings of the Covid-19 age. The Round Table on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity will be based on interactive discussions wherein we will seek to learn from the suggestions and inputs of the participants.

The agenda of the Round Table is as follows:

  1. Identifying key issues, parameters and challenges in the cyber space that need to be discussed in the International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime, & Cybersecurity 2020 from the perspective of various stakeholders;
  2. Specific trends that needs to be focused in this year’s International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity given the outspread of Coronavirus and increased focus on digital medium.
  3. How the deliberations of the Round Table and the International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity could be synergized with the existing international/national processes and initiatives, all aimed at achieving an orderly cyberspace.

This Round Table is amongst the series of Round Tables being organized by Cyberlaws.Net and Pavan Duggal Associates, Advocates, Supreme Court of India.

These Round Tables are being organized since 2015 to enable discussions among specific stakeholders from specific sectors on various issues, aspects and perspectives that need to be incorporated, discussed, analysed and elaborated in the annual International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime, & Cybersecurity.

The aforesaid Round Table will be a Virtual Round Table on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity.
